However, we do realize sometimes things happen. At Big G Ranch we stand behind our 100% Freshness Promise, bringing our customers the very best in 100% grass-fed, crowd butchery beef. Due to the fact that our meats and beef products are perishable, we cannot offer any physical return or refund. 

All purchases shipping outside of Maricopa County via our preferred carrier will be shipped with an insulated box and frozen gel packs. Within the Phoenix metro area and Maricopa County, they will be delivered coming out of a cooling truck in our normal box and no insulation. 

Big G Ranch does not accept any responsibility for incorrect delivery or shop-to addresses, any orders not refrigerated or placed in the freezer by the customer for longer than three (3) hours after our in person or a carrier delivery was confirmed. Any issues related to your order must be communicated with a Big G Ranch staff member within twenty-four (24) business hours from the receipt of your beef order.
